- 01We mainly support beauty brands and retailers in the UAE. If you are based elsewhere and want to discuss a possible partnership, register with us and we will review your request.
- 02Once you have been approved for our wholesale program, you will gain access to our wholesale price sheets. For each brand you wish to purchase, you will need to fill out the associated order form and submit payment within two business days. Once payment is received you will be notified of shipping dates and costs
- 03Shipping is quoted per order and depends on your product quantity, weight, destination, and any handling requirements. We will confirm the shipping cost after reviewing your order.
- 04Yes. This is on a per brand basis, strictly for our approved wholesale customers.
- 05You need to apply for wholesale access first. After approval, you can view the relevant price lists for the brands you are authorised to buy.
- 06If your application is complete, please allow 3 to 5 business days for review. You will hear back once your application has been assessed.
- 07To place a wholesale order, you first need to apply and be approved as a wholesale partner. Once your account is approved, you can move forward with ordering through the registration process for the brands you want.
- 08We currently accept credit card and Apple Pay. If you need help with checkout, contact our support team before placing the order.
- 09Yes. We support international beauty brands with import coordination, customs guidance, warehousing, distribution, branding, e-commerce support, and regulatory compliance in the UAE. Share your brand details and product range, and we will advise on the next steps.
- 10Delivery time depends on the product, stock status, and destination. Once your order is confirmed, our team will share the expected dispatch and delivery timeline.
- 11Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and guide you on the next steps under our policy.
- 12Return and exchange eligibility depends on the product and its condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, some beauty items may not be returnable once opened. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct process.
